Privacy Policy

1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how Dovletmyrat Jumadurdyyev, owner of the DVT Group brand (the “Company”, “we”), collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of https://istanbul-realestate.dvtgroup.agency (the “Website”).
1.2. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6698 of the Republic of Türkiye on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). The Company acts as the data controller (veri sorumlusu).
1.3. By submitting an enquiry on the Website, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out here.
1.4. If a user does not agree with this Policy, they should refrain from submitting their data through the Website.

2. Data we collect
2.1. Data voluntarily provided in an enquiry form: name, telephone number, email address and answers to form questions, such as the service of interest or timing.
2.2. Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source and cookies.
2.3. Technical data is collected using web analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
2.4. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings. Some Website features may then function incorrectly.

3. Purposes and grounds for processing
3.1. We process personal data to:

• contact the user about their enquiry and provide advice;
• select properties and offer services relating to citizenship, residence permits, education and business support in Türkiye;
• enter into and perform a contract with the user;
• analyse the operation of the Website and the effectiveness of advertising.

3.2. Processing is based on the user's explicit consent when submitting a form and on the need to enter into and perform a contract (Article 5 KVKK).
3.3. We collect only the data needed for these purposes and do not use it for other purposes without the user's consent.

4. Storage, protection and transfer
4.1. We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purposes of processing or as required by law. It is then deleted or anonymised.
4.2. We take technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access is restricted to staff who need it for their work.
4.3. We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except:

• to partners and contractors assisting us in providing services, such as lawyers, notaries, educational institutions and IT providers, to the extent needed to fulfil the enquiry;
• to public authorities where required by law.

4.4. Some services we use, including hosting, analytics and advertising systems, may store data on servers outside Türkiye. By submitting an enquiry, the user consents to such transfer in accordance with Article 9 KVKK.

5. User rights and contact details
5.1. Under Article 11 KVKK, a user has the right to:

• learn whether their personal data is processed and obtain information about it;
• learn the purpose of processing and the recipients of data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion or destruction of data;
• withdraw consent to processing at any time;
• lodge a complaint about the Company's actions with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

5.3. The Company may update this Policy. The current English version is available at https://istanbul-realestate.dvtgroup.agency/eng-privacy. This Policy remains effective until replaced by a new version.
